Sheikh Khazal bin Jabir Al-Kaabi (َ1863- Aug, 5, 1936) The Khuzestan governor who had obtained the Imperial Order of the Aqdas from the Qajar court in 1920, but was arrested and died under house arrest after declaring autonomy.
