Expulsion Of Invading Arabs To Kerman
Apr, 18, 331 AD
After squelching the uprising by Arabs who had migrated from Arabia to Bahrain, Shapour II ordered their expulsion to the area near Kerman. It's been reported that their shoulders had been punctured to let a rope get through as a punishment and that may be the reason Shapour was called Zolaktaf meaning owner of two shoulders in Arabic.
